Hi, I'm Dr. Kelsey Bjola, and I became a chiropractor because of my personal experience with chiropractic care. As a young dancer, my body was under constant stress, and chiropractic adjustments helped me perform at my best. It was incredible to see how people of all ages and backgrounds could benefit from chiropractic care, and I knew that this was the path I wanted to take.

In my practice, I use a variety of techniques, including the Gonstead method and non-force techniques like Activator, Toggle, SOT, and Logan techniques to suit each person's needs. My goal is to find the exact method that works for each individual and act as a facilitator in their healing journey. It's truly amazing to watch people flourish as their nervous system works better and better.

To stay up-to-date with the latest developments in chiropractic care, I read up on new research and connect with other doctors in the profession. As a tight-knit community, we love sharing information and learning about breakthroughs that can impact the populations we work with. In my practice, I address common misconceptions about chiropractic care, such as the belief that children don't need chiropractic care or that chiropractic care is dangerous for pregnant women. I've received extensive training in working with these populations, and I can say with absolute certainty, both through research and first-hand experience, that chiropractic care can benefit people of all ages and backgrounds.

Outside of work, I have a passion for dance, drawing, hiking, swimming, and spending time with my pets. These hobbies contribute to my overall well-being and help me stay connected to the things that matter most in my life. If I’m not at the office, you will frequently see my husband and I walking around Elk or Thetis Lake.

I'm passionate about helping people achieve optimal health and well-being, and I'm grateful to be able to do so every day in my practice.
