Believe it or not, I did not experience my first chiropractic adjustment until I started Chiropractic school! I had several potential career paths that I was looking into, but it was several YouTube videos of Dr. Ian Rossborough explaining how chiropractic care works that made me realize that this was the path I was meant to take.
In my practice, I use a technique called Gonstead chiropractic, which I believe is one of the most effective methods of chiropractic care. Through my years of experience and training with some of the best Gonstead chiropractors in the world, I have seen firsthand the positive impact that this technique can have on people's health and well-being.
As a chiropractor, I believe in staying up-to-date with the latest research and developments in chiropractic care. I do this by constantly reading, practicing, attending seminars, and consulting with other doctors in the field. By doing so, I am able to provide my members with the best possible care, tailored to their individual needs.
One common misconception that I often hear about chiropractic care is that it is only effective for reducing back pain and neck pain. While this is certainly one of the benefits of chiropractic care, it is just a small part of what chiropractic can do. Chiropractic care can also help improve the overall function of the nervous system, which in turn can benefit all areas of the body. There is absolutely no limit to what chiropractic care can do for people.
Outside of work, I love watching football and staying active through rock climbing, running, hiking, archery, functional patterns, and more. I also prioritize regular date nights with my wife, as it is important to disconnect from work and enjoy each other's company.
